As per the available data, at 7:05 AM, a report was received at the duty station about the hospitalization of a 30-year-old citizen, A.K., with a stab wound to the shoulder area.
Arriving at the scene, the operational investigative group found that the incident took place near a café on Selsovetskaya Street. The man, A.K., witnessed an unknown individual attacking his wife and decided to intervene. In response to his actions, the aggressor inflicted two knife wounds to his left shoulder and then fled the scene.
The victim sought medical assistance at a hospital, where he received the necessary treatment.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the incident under the article "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During operational activities, the suspect, a 22-year-old citizen, A.A., was identified and detained.
The suspect was taken to the investigative authorities and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. Pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and necessary examinations have been appointed.
