Ronaldo conflicts with 'Al-Nassr' over transfers

The dispute between Cristiano Ronaldo and "Al-Nassr" and the Saudi Pro League has intensified after Karim Benzema signed a contract with "Al-Hilal." The 41-year-old forward expressed dissatisfaction that his club is not showing enough activity in the transfer market compared to its rivals, which, in his opinion, gives "Al-Hilal" an unfair advantage.

Ronaldo has already missed one match in protest and, according to sources, may not play in the next match against "Al-Ittihad." He is demanding changes in the club's management, including restoring the powers of the executives and imposing restrictions on transfers during the height of the season. Without confidence in support from the Public Investment Fund, Ronaldo may consider a move in June, despite having a contract until 2027 with a buyout clause of €50 million.

The Saudi Pro League noted that clubs operate under the same rules and that no player, regardless of their status, can influence decisions regarding other teams. The league also emphasized that the tight standings among the top four teams indicate a competitive balance.

This situation adds tension to the title race in the Saudi Pro League and raises questions about fairness and equal conditions for leading footballers.
