Marlen Mamataliyev addressed the delegates, noted the successes of Kyrgyz athletes, and wished them further achievements. Due to the increased workload, he transferred the powers of the head of the Sambo Federation of Bishkek to parliament deputy and honored master of sports Zhanibek Amatov. The delegates unanimously elected Marlen Mamataliyev as the honorary president of the federation.
For a new five-year term, the president of the Sambo Federation Aziz Ibraev, the general secretary Mirlan Akerov, and the head of the executive committee Murat Arystanbekov were re-elected.
