The Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor has announced his return to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on July 11. This information was published in The Sun newspaper.
It is planned that his next fight will take place at UFC 330 in Las Vegas, Nevada, although the name of his opponent has not yet been revealed. Sources report that negotiations between McGregor's representatives and UFC management have concluded successfully.
Conor's last appearance in the UFC was in the summer of 2021, when he suffered a defeat to American Dustin Poirier by technical knockout. During that fight, McGregor sustained a serious injury — a broken leg, after which he did not return to the ring.
