The solemn opening took place on March 28, as reported by the head of the district education department, Zhaidarbek Sydykov. This year, the competitions are organized as part of the initiative "On the Doctrine (Unguzhol) 'National Spirit - Global Heights'" and under the slogan "A Future Without Crime." The main goal of the tournament is to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth and to prevent offenses.
Teams from 18 secondary schools are participating in the district stage. Athletes are competing in popular sports: volleyball, basketball, and football.
Teams that take prize places will have the opportunity to represent the Ak-Talinsky district at the regional stage. The tournament is ongoing, and soon the names of the best school teams that will compete for the honor of the district at the regional level will be known.
