- At the meeting of the contact group of Ukraine's allies in Brussels, known as "Ramstein," a decision was made to provide military assistance to Kyiv amounting to $35 billion.
- The UK Ministry of Defence announced an urgent delivery of 1,000 additional missiles and air defense systems worth over 574 million euros to Ukraine.
- Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov stated that the task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is to increase the number of confirmed losses of the Russian army to 50,000 per month.

- The White House reported that Melania Trump played an important role in reuniting a group of children from Ukraine and Russia with their families. In response, Russia's Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova confirmed that five children would meet with relatives in Ukraine, while one would return to Russia.
- The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne has accepted the case of Ukrainian skeleton athlete Vladislav Geraskevich, who was suspended from participating in the Olympic Games in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The hearing is scheduled for February 13 at 10:00 AM. The President of Ukraine awarded the disqualified athlete the Order of Freedom.
- The oil refinery owned by Lukoil has suspended operations following a drone attack on February 11, according to Reuters.
- The authorities of the Komi Republic reported an attack by Ukrainian drones on a facility in Ukhta, which led to a fire at the local oil refinery, but there were no casualties.
