In his statement, Tokayev "categorically condemned any military actions aimed at undermining the security and sovereignty of countries friendly to Kazakhstan," as noted by Smadjarov.
He also added that "Kazakhstan always advocates for the resolution of international conflicts exclusively through peaceful, diplomatic means," quoting the president.
