According to the agency, despite the ongoing hostilities, about a third of Iran's missiles may be damaged, destroyed, or buried. Similar conclusions apply to Iranian drones: experts suggest that approximately a third of this arsenal has also been destroyed.

Reuters points out that, even considering the significant destruction of the missile arsenal, Iran retains a noticeable capability. Sources report that some of the damaged missiles may be restored after the conflict ends.

These estimates contrast with the public statements of U.S. President Donald Trump, who claimed that Iran "has very few missiles left." Nevertheless, Trump himself implied that the remaining Iranian missiles and drones pose a threat to future U.S. operations in the Strait of Hormuz.

Previously, the Trump administration emphasized that one of its main goals is to weaken the Iranian military by destroying its missile and drone capabilities and preventing the Islamic Republic from acquiring nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, the U.S. has granted Iran an additional 10 days to open the Strait of Hormuz, after which new strikes on the country's energy facilities may follow. Israel has also confirmed its intentions to intensify attacks on Iran.
