It is reported that in Bahrain, a Patriot air defense missile fell on residential buildings, according to media reports.

No official confirmation of this incident has been received yet, however, videos from the scene are actively circulating on social media.

The Bahrain News Agency reports that an Iranian attack on a facility in the village of Maamir caused a fire.

According to the report, no one was injured as a result of the attack.

The report also mentions that firefighting efforts are ongoing.

The Saudi Ministry of Defense reported the interception and destruction of a drone that was targeting the Shaybah oil field.

What happened?

According to Fars news agency, Amir Roshanbakhsh Ganbari, deputy director of Iran's Trade Development Organization, stated that imports and exports continue through almost all land corridors, except those affected by military actions.

“We have also simplified the trade process in accordance with the directives of the Supreme National Security Council. Restrictions have been introduced on certain goods necessary in wartime for exports,” he added.

The Israeli armed forces confirmed strikes on the facilities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

According to an official statement, a series of airstrikes were carried out on bases and facilities belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including a police headquarters and a command center in Isfahan used by the internal paramilitary formation "Basij".

“The strikes were part of an operation to inflict maximum damage on key facilities of the Iranian regime,” the Israeli army reports.

Airstrikes were also carried out on factories producing missile engines and several launch sites for long-range ballistic missiles.

Hezbollah claims to have attacked Israeli soldiers in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese group claims that the Israeli army was subjected to rocket fire on the outskirts of the village of Odayseh.

According to Hezbollah, the attack occurred this morning in response to Israeli attacks on Lebanon.

Tense night: new attacks on Gulf countries.

Reporting from Doha, Qatar.

At around 03:15 local time (00:15 GMT), the threat level in Qatar was raised, and alerts were sent to mobile phones.

Soon after, sounds of explosions were heard, caused by interceptor missiles reflecting Iranian rockets. We counted about 12-13 explosions. After 10-15 minutes, the threat level was lowered again, and a message was received that the threat had been eliminated.

The Ministry of Defense also issued a statement that the armed forces prevented a missile strike on Qatar.

In addition to the events in Qatar, a new wave of attacks is observed in other countries in the region, originating from Iran.

In Bahrain, local media report that at least 32 people, including children, were injured as a result of an Iranian drone attack on Sitra.

In the United Arab Emirates, the night and morning were also tense due to the interception of attacks. The Ministry of Defense reported that air defense forces are responding to missile and drone threats from Iran.

A fire was also reported in the Fujairah oil zone, caused by debris falling from an intercepted drone.

Human Rights Watch reports evidence that Israel used white phosphorus in residential areas of southern Lebanon earlier this month, thus violating international humanitarian law.

In a new report, the human rights group confirmed the authenticity of seven photographs showing explosions of munitions with white phosphorus in a residential area in Yomor in southern Lebanon and fires that broke out in two houses on March 3.

Ramzi Kaiss, a researcher from Lebanon at Human Rights Watch, noted: “The use of white phosphorus by the Israeli military in residential areas raises serious concerns and will have horrific consequences for the civilian population.”

“The effects of white phosphorus can lead to death or serious injuries that will cause lifelong suffering,” he added.

Brief overview of events:

Iranian military and political leaders expressed support for Mojtaba Khamenei.

Mohamed Vall
Reporting from Tehran, Iran.

Previously, Trump expressed dissatisfaction with the appointment of Mojtaba Khamenei, calling him “unworthy.” He also expressed the opinion that, as President of the United States, he would like to be involved in this process.

This is a red line for the Iranians. They emphasize that Iran decides its own fate, and no foreign power, regardless of its might, has the right to dictate the terms of their political future.

Almost all political and power structures in the country expressed unanimous support for the appointment, including the president, the speaker of parliament, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and other military and police agencies.

This is further evidence of Iran's unity, especially for those who are trying to attack the country, showing that their hopes for an immediate collapse after recent killings will not come true. Iran remains united, and continuity is ensured.

Now the Iranian people are eagerly awaiting the appearance of the new Supreme Leader.

Mojtaba Khamenei has not appeared in public for a long time, and his supporters are waiting to see his face, hear his voice, and his address to the people. This has not yet happened, raising some questions.

The situation in the country remains extremely unstable, and there are real difficulties in informing the population to avoid threatening their safety.

According to CBS News, the U.S. may have accidentally struck a school in Iran due to outdated intelligence.

Media reports indicate that the building was mistaken for part of a military facility, as two Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps sites are located nearby.

Trump characterized the rise in oil prices as “a small price”

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the sharp rise in oil prices due to the conflict in the Middle East will stabilize over time and is a minor price for global security.

“The short-term rise in oil prices, which will quickly subside after the Iranian nuclear threat is eliminated, is a small price for security and peace for both the U.S. and the entire world,” Trump wrote on the social network Truth Social.

“ONLY FOOLS THINK OTHERWISE!” he added.

After the weekend, the price of oil opened trading above $100 per barrel, as leading energy producers in the Middle East cut production.

The price of Brent crude rose by 18%, reaching $108.68 per barrel, while U.S. WTI crude increased by nearly 20%, to $108 per barrel.

This is the largest increase since February 2022, when oil prices also sharply rose after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most important routes for oil and gas supplies, is effectively closed due to the conflict between the U.S. and Israel with Iran.
