According to information from Tengrinews.kz and data from the Astana police department, the incident occurred on January 20. Fans were detained and taken to a local police station.

Videos appeared on social media showing fans displaying their unusual outfits, which apparently was an attempt to joke with the local spectators.

Police representatives reported that an administrative case was initiated for public disorder and being in a state of alcohol intoxication. The materials of the case have been submitted to the court, and the detainees were placed in a temporary detention room.

In this match, "Kairat" lost to "Brugge" with a score of 1:4 in the Champions League.
