The issue of providing medications to rural health posts (FAP) in remote areas of Kyrgyzstan remains relevant. This was stated by Deputy Medina Kairylbekova at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on February 5.

She emphasized that there is a significant shortage of medications in some remote settlements. Local residents sometimes have to travel long distances to reach the nearest pharmacies.

According to the deputy, it is necessary to create conditions that allow FAPs to provide essential life-saving medications. In her opinion, this would significantly improve access to medical care for the rural population.

Kairylbekova also noted that this issue requires a comprehensive approach, including the organization of stable supplies of medications and the development of mechanisms to ensure that remote areas have the necessary medicines.
