According to the information, in the Talas region, in order to address the issue of staff shortages in healthcare, at the initiative of Ermat Jumayev, the head of the region, 18 doctors and 15 residents have been working in this area on a permanent basis since September 2025.
To support healthcare workers, one of the funds has signed an agreement that provides for monthly additional allowances. Currently, specialists receive these payments in full for each month worked.
In particular, depending on their workload, doctors receive up to 40,000 soms, while residents receive 12,000 soms.
At a meeting with doctors, the regional head emphasized that working specialists will receive full support. The presidential envoy stated that the additional payments will continue without interruption.
