According to preliminary estimates, the revenue part of the budget for 2026 will amount to 32 billion 873 million 616.8 thousand soms, including targeted transfers from the republican budget.
- Tax revenues are expected to be at the level of 23 billion 917 million 327.9 thousand soms;
- Non-tax revenues will be 3 billion 47 million 121.6 thousand soms;
- Income from assets and liabilities will amount to 6 million 750 thousand soms;
- Official transfers from the republican budget to cover the expenses for maintaining educational institutions in the capital will be 5 billion 902 million 417.3 thousand soms.
The total expenditures of the budget for 2026 are also planned at the level of 32 billion 873 million 616.8 thousand soms, of which 978.2 million soms will be allocated for special needs.
For 2027, the planned expenditures of the Bishkek budget amount to 36 billion 288.5 million soms, and for 2028 — 40.4 billion soms.
The city hall noted that the adoption of this draft resolution will allow for a more efficient use of local budget funds to address issues of local significance.
