In response to this statement, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services Talanbek Imanakun uulu disagreed with the deputy, stating that a monthly salary of 500,000 soms does not affect the final cost of real estate.
The deputy insisted that the cost of housing is formed from all expenses related to its construction.
The deputy minister explained that such a high salary is paid only in certain months when there are corresponding orders.
In response, the deputy noted that it is necessary to properly inform the public that such an amount is not paid for one month, but for the entire project, which can last up to six months.
These comments were made during the discussion of the policy for forming prices for services and work of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the rise in prices in the construction sector.
