According to available information, these plots of land were illegally removed from the assets of the joint-stock company "Zhemish," after which they were divided among the shareholders and employees of this enterprise, located in the northwest of Karakol.
As a result of the investigative activities conducted, the former shareholders and employees of JSC "Zhemish" agreed to return the specified 30 hectares of land for the purpose of further expanding the urban territory.
A new residential area is planned to be built on this site, which is estimated to cost more than 22 million soms.
