To apply for this exemption, it is necessary to have a document issued by the authorized body of the Kyrgyz Republic, which confirms that the goods are intended for industrial use. This document must specify:
- importing organizations;
- processing enterprises where the raw sugar will be used.
It is important to note that the raw sugar imported under this exemption may only be used for industrial processing within Kyrgyzstan. The export of white sugar produced from this raw material is prohibited.
This measure is expected to help ensure that processing enterprises have access to raw materials, support the sugar industry, maintain stability in the domestic market, and create more favorable conditions for loading production capacities in the country.
