He noted that the State Revenue Committee "consciously rejected excessive audits and direct pressure on businesses, as fear cannot be a reliable source of income for the budget."
According to him, starting from 2025, on-site audits conducted by central office staff have been completely abolished, which has reduced corruption risks.
"Approaches to the appointment and conduct of audits in territorial divisions have also been revised, focusing on justification and quality rather than quantity," he added.
