The leading positions in housing construction are held by Bishkek, where 617 thousand square meters were built, accounting for 33.9% of the total volume in the country. This figure increased by 14.5% compared to last year.
The Chui region ranks second with 215.8 thousand square meters of housing, which constitutes 11.9% of the total volume. Here, the growth was 42.8% compared to 2024.
In the Jalal-Abad region, 311.8 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation (17.1%), which is 4% more than in the previous year.
In the Osh region, the volume of housing put into operation amounted to 206.4 thousand square meters (11.3%), with an increase of 8.2%.
The city of Osh also showed significant results, with 194.4 thousand square meters of housing, which is 55.5% more than last year. The city's share in the total volume was 10.7%.
The indicators for housing construction in other regions are as follows:
- Issyk-Kul region — 86.3 thousand square meters (104.1%),
- Talas region — 80.8 thousand square meters (96.5%),
- Batken region — 71.2 thousand square meters (105.3%),
- Naryn region — 36.2 thousand square meters, with a growth of 13.4%.
Thus, the majority of housing construction in 2025 was concentrated in Bishkek and the Chui region, while the highest growth rates were observed in the city of Osh and the Chui region.
