Since 2010, there has been a reduction in public services in the country, and the property began to be used for commercial purposes. Control over the enterprise was transferred to D. B., who at that time held the position of Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, through his mother R. Z., who was appointed director of LLC "Aibol".
Recently, D. B. decided to transfer the production base with workshops, warehouses, and the land plot to the balance of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, and Housing under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was done voluntarily.
The land plots will be assessed by independent experts and then transferred to the management of the Bishkek city administration.
