According to the agency, it was established that the specified state property was illegally transferred to private hands.
“In 1988, based on the Housing Maintenance Office of the joint-stock company ‘Kyrgyzkurulush’, the LLC ‘Aibol’ was registered, to which this production property along with the land plot of 0.64 hectares was transferred as part of the privatization process.
At the same time, during the privatization process, LLC ‘Aibol’ undertook obligations to maintain its profile of activity – servicing residential buildings, and the founders were not allowed to change the direction of work or sell off the property without mutual consent.
However, starting from 2010, the enterprise began to curtail its communal functions, and its property began to be used for commercial purposes. Control over it passed to Mr. D.B., who at that time held the position of deputy head of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, through his mother R.Z. (appointed director of LLC ‘Aibol’),” noted the GKNB.
Currently, the land plots will be assessed by independent experts and transferred to the management of the Bishkek city mayor's office.
