The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to transfer a non-residential premises along with an adjacent land plot of 0.4 hectares to the municipal ownership of the Bishkek city hall, located at 6/1 Toktonalieva Street. This directive was given to the State Agency for Management of State Property in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy.

According to the Cabinet's order No. 1112-t, the development and construction of a social institution is planned for this site, which will provide services to children and the elderly.
It is worth noting that there used to be the "Chatyr-Kul" cinema at this location, which was opened in 1967 in the Botanical residential area and served the residents of the new neighborhoods of Frunze. However, over time, it ceased operations.

This decision is aimed at improving the quality of life for citizens and increasing the accessibility of social services for vulnerable groups of the population.
