As a result of the conducted investigation, it was revealed that in the early 2000s, a significant portion of the land owned by PATP-1 was illegally privatized. The former director of the company registered the plot in his name and then divided it into several plots, which were resold to individuals close to him.

During the investigation, it was established that the privatization process was carried out with serious violations of the law. Understanding that his actions were illegal, the former head of PATP-1 agreed to return the land plot of 1.39 hectares to the state, including the administrative and economic buildings located on it.
Representatives of the SCNS emphasized that work on the return of objects illegally alienated from the state will continue.
