The Deputy Minister noted that unsecured loans under this program are available only for the sectors of crop production and animal husbandry, and their amount does not exceed 500,000 soms.
"For water-saving technologies, amounts of up to 3 million soms are provided, but these funds must be secured by collateral. Commercial state banks do not have the ability to provide such loans without collateral," he added.
Duyshiev also mentioned that farmers who have faced refusals from banks can seek assistance from the Ministry of Agriculture or from farmer service centers that are open in various regions. All requests will be considered individually, including the possibility of participation in other state support programs.
