By the end of the third quarter, the amount of taxes paid reached 16.8 million soms, of which 7.1 million were paid in the first quarter.
For comparison, in the third quarter of 2024, tax revenues amounted to only 1.5 million soms.
The total revenue of the residents of the Creative Industries Park in 2025 amounted to 915 million soms.Mamatova also noted that a special tax regime is provided for the residents of the CIP, where the single tax is 1%, unlike the general regime, where it ranges from 4% to 6%. The income tax is 5%, and social contributions amount to 12% of the actual salary. Every three months, residents transfer 1% of their revenue to the fund for the development of creative industries.
Starting from 2027, this rate will be increased to 2%, but no further changes are planned.
The collected funds amounting to 1% of revenue are used to support the functioning and development of the park, which contributes to the existence of a creative ecosystem.
Currently, the Creative Industries Park includes 165 legal entities, among which are 20 companies with foreign participation. These residents provide 707 jobs.
It should be noted that individual entrepreneurs working under a patent, including craftsmen and representatives of seasonal creative professions, cannot become residents of the CIP.
