The residents of the High Technology Park of Kyrgyzstan (HTP) demonstrated impressive results for the year 2025. According to data provided by the HTP itself, the total revenue of the companies amounted to 17.1 billion soms, which is equivalent to 195.4 million US dollars. This is a 50% increase compared to the previous year, when the revenue was 11.4 billion soms or 130.3 million dollars. These figures indicate the stable development of the country's IT ecosystem and the growing influence of this sector on the economy of Kyrgyzstan.
Dynamics of Export Supplies
The exports of HTP residents in 2025 amounted to 16.3 billion soms, corresponding to 186.3 million dollars and accounting for 95.3% of total revenue. Compared to 2024, when exports were 10.67 billion soms (122 million dollars) and made up 93.57% of total income, there is a growth of 52.8% and an increase in share in the revenue structure by almost 2%.
The geography of export partners has also expanded: while in 2024 residents worked with 64 countries, in 2025 this number increased to 70.
Job Creation
By the end of 2025, there were 463 resident companies registered in the HTP, which created about 3,000 jobs. This indicates the ongoing expansion of the information technology sector and the growing demand for qualified personnel.
Increase in Tax Contributions
In 2025, HTP residents contributed to the state budget:
- Insurance contributions — 142 million soms (1.62 million dollars), which is 34.6% more than in 2024 (105.5 million soms or 1.2 million dollars);
- Income tax — 284 million soms (3.25 million dollars), which is 42.6% higher than last year (199.2 million soms or 2.3 million dollars).
The total amount of tax and social payments reached 426 million soms (4.87 million dollars), while in 2024 this figure was 304.7 million soms (3.5 million dollars). Thus, the increase in budget contributions amounted to almost 40%, highlighting the growing contribution of the IT industry to the country's economy.
Overall Results of the Year
The year 2025 was significant for the High Technology Park, marked by the following achievements:
- Revenue growth of 50%;
- Export increase of 52%;
- Geographical expansion to 70 countries;
- Nearly 40% growth in tax and social contributions;
- Export share amounted to 95.3%.
These results confirm that the HTP continues to strengthen its position as one of the main export and technological engines of Kyrgyzstan's economy.
