The Ministry of Agriculture has shared information about the control over meat sellers in the capital's markets.

In the markets "Alamedin," "Orto-Sai," and "Dordoy-Dyikan" in Bishkek, wholesale meat trading points continue to operate. Trading starts early, at 5:00–6:00 AM.

Before the meat products reach the counters, they undergo mandatory veterinary control. Specialists from the veterinary laboratory located on-site check the origin of the meat, the presence of necessary accompanying documents, and veterinary certificates before issuing permission for sale.

The agency noted that these control measures are aimed at protecting the health of citizens and preventing the sale of meat that does not meet established quality standards.
