Now, wholesale meat sales are conducted in the "Chüygün" pavilion, located on the territory of the "Altyn-Taka" meat market in the Maevka area, situated in the First May district of Bishkek.
This decision was made in accordance with the directive of the Cabinet of Ministers and aims to comply with veterinary and phytosanitary standards.
Measures have been taken to ensure the safety of meat products and provide the population with quality food products.

The new "Chüygün" meat pavilion has an area of 800 sq. m and fully meets sanitary and hygienic requirements. Inside the pavilion, there are provisions for an office, a veterinary service laboratory, a quarantine storage for meat, a refrigeration chamber of 90 sq. m, and other service rooms.
The Ministry assures that meat products will now be sold in safe and clean conditions.
