The official start of sales of commercial spaces in the new construction complex "Osh Market" is scheduled for the end of January 2026, as reported by the press service of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, construction work is actively ongoing at the new market, which is in the final stages for the monolithic part. According to specialists, one of the largest trading facilities in the region may begin its operations as early as the summer of 2026.
The total area of the new market will be 155 thousand square meters, of which 20 thousand will be designated for warehouse needs, and 50 thousand for retail points. The project also includes a green market with a canopy and an underground parking lot for 500 vehicles.

It is worth noting that the implementation of this project is being carried out on the instruction of the president and aims to create a modern trading infrastructure. The new covered market is intended to replace street trading, providing entrepreneurs with comfortable and safe working conditions that meet sanitary standards.
