These changes are the result of the implementation of a special resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers aimed at ensuring compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary standards. The main goal of these measures is to ensure the safety of meat products and guarantee the population access to quality food products.
The area of the new pavilion "Chüyğun" in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek is 800 square meters and fully meets all sanitary and hygienic requirements. Inside, the following are provided:
- an office and a veterinary service laboratory;
- a quarantine storage for meat;
- a refrigeration chamber with an area of 90 square meters;
- other service rooms.
This innovation is a significant step forward for entrepreneurs and wholesalers engaged in meat supplies both from the capital and from other regions of the country. Now they will be able to sell their products in a safe, clean, and organized environment.
