In the first two months of the year, 17 tons of floral products were shipped to Uzbekistan
Kyrgyzstan is demonstrating impressive growth in the export of ornamental plants. According to official sources, by 2025, the volume of domestic flower supplies outside the country will reach 24.1 million units, which is almost double the amount exported in 2024, when 13 million units were shipped.
The most important markets for Kyrgyz flowers remain Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and nearby countries.
At the beginning of this year, a new trend has emerged: Uzbekistan has become the main importer. In January and February, 17 tons of floral products were sent to this country and other regions, amounting to over 213 thousand units. This indicates the high competitiveness of producers from Kyrgyzstan in the regional market.
