More than 125 representatives of the agricultural sector attended the meeting, including heads of farms, processing enterprises, exporters, and suppliers of agricultural technologies.




Rustam Baltabaev, acting director of the association, presented a report on the organization's activities for 2025. Nurgul Malabaeva, chair of the auditing commission, informed those present about the results of the financial and economic activities. Both documents were unanimously approved by the meeting participants.
One of the key issues on the agenda was the formation of a new board of the association. The new leadership includes representatives from eight companies, including "Atalyk Group," "Eurasia Group Kyrgyzstan," "Kainy Kant," "Adal Azyk," A1 Group, Natural Agro, "Salih LTD," and "Turan Group."
Turatbek Ukubaev, general director of JSC "Atalyk Group," was elected as the chairman of the board. His deputies are Urmat Akmatov from "Eurasia Group Kyrgyzstan" and Turusbek Matiev from "Turan Group," who also received the appointment as the association's representative for the southern regions.
At the first meeting of the new board, it was decided to extend Rustam Baltabaev's powers as executive director of the association.
Former Minister of Water Resources Bakyt Torobaev was awarded the title of "Honorary Chairman" of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kyrgyz Republic in recognition of his contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex and support for local producers.
