During a meeting with Azamat Osmonov, the authorized representative of the president in the Chui region, business representatives presented their ideas for the development of the agro-industrial complex, as well as the investment and industrial infrastructure of the region.

The panel session discussed pressing issues related to the socio-economic development of the region and mechanisms for cooperation between business and government agencies.

Turatbek Ukubaev, founder and CEO of Atalyk Group, delivered a key report on the state of the agro-industrial complex. He emphasized that support for processing enterprises, agriculture, and the tourism sector is essential for stable economic growth in the Chui region. According to him, the main challenges include competition from neighboring countries, climate change, and the need for active government support for local production.

Ukubaev also highlighted the importance of regular dialogue between business and government, especially when developing sectoral development strategies and improving the legislative framework. Among the priorities, he identified a cluster approach to the development of the agro-industrial complex, cooperation among farmers, efficient use of water resources, and the introduction of modern agricultural technologies.

Entrepreneurs also proposed ideas for digitizing interactions with government agencies, simplifying the registration and approval procedures for agricultural facilities, as well as developing dual education and transitioning to the procurement of domestic products.

Chyngyz Alkanov, owner of Alkanov Group, presented a report on the investment climate and industrial infrastructure, focusing on the project for constructing a logistics center in the Chui region. He noted the high costs for investors due to the lack of pre-prepared engineering and utility infrastructure, including substations, wastewater treatment facilities, and access roads.

In this regard, Alkanov proposed the creation of industrial and logistics clusters with centralized infrastructure, which would reduce the financial burden on investors and enhance the region's attractiveness for investment. He also addressed the issue of changing the designated purpose of land plots, emphasizing the need to simplify procedures and support investors under a "one-stop shop" principle.

Initiatives for the development of import substitution, creating conditions for the production of domestic materials for the agro-sector, promoting sports and ecological tourism, and implementing joint environmental projects were also proposed during the discussion.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided that all the proposals voiced would be collected and considered in further interactions between government authorities and the business community of the Chui region.
