Kyrgyzstan has started exporting new harvest of Beijing cabbage to Russia
In the Aravan district of the Osh region, farmers have begun harvesting the first crop of Beijing cabbage, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. This season, 30 hectares have been allocated for the cultivation of this crop, where four varieties of cabbage are grown. Currently, agrarians are harvesting the earliest variety called "Bosai".

The first batch of fresh vegetables has already been sent to the external market: 45 tons of produce have been exported to Russia. Specialists emphasize the excellent quality characteristics of the harvest, with the weight of a single head ranging from 1 to 3 kilograms. Local farmers anticipate that the total production volume throughout the year may reach up to 450 tons, a significant portion of which is intended for export.
