According to the EFSR forecast for the economic development of Kyrgyzstan for 2026-2028, a slowdown in inflation may be achieved by reducing fluctuations in international markets and tightening monetary policy.

The fund emphasizes that pro-inflationary pressure in the country may persist over the next three years. This is linked to regular increases in electricity tariffs, as well as high prices for food and fuel.

It is expected that high activity in the construction sector will continue in Kyrgyzstan, driven by both increased investments in industry and the expansion of housing construction under the updated "My Home" program.

At the same time, as experts note, the contribution of the trade sector will gradually decrease due to a decline in domestic and transit demand.
