The average GDP growth of Kyrgyzstan in 2026-2028 will be about 6%, - forecast
As of the third quarter of 2025, the dynamics of the gross domestic product are in line with expectations, and the forecast for 2025 remains at a growth rate of 9%.
The authors of the report emphasize that in the foreseeable future, the construction sector will demonstrate stable performance due to increased investment activity in industry and the expansion of housing construction, which is linked to the updated government program.
However, it is expected that the contribution of trade to the economy will gradually decrease due to a decline in both transit and domestic demand. According to EFSR forecasts, the average GDP growth of Kyrgyzstan from 2026 to 2028 will be around 6%.
