According to information provided by the district administration, on January 17 and 18, 2026, raid activities took place at the municipal livestock market, which belongs to the municipal enterprise "Taza-ayyl" in the Sary-Ozyon rural district.
The Sokuluk district state administration has created a working group to organize the market, increase the transparency of its operations, and ensure compliance with veterinary and sanitary standards, which served as the basis for conducting the raid.
As clarified by the akimat, such raid activities are planned to continue in the future—every Saturday and Sunday. Within the framework of the raids, control is exercised over vehicles that are improperly parked, including cars that have entered the oncoming lane, as well as over vendors who sell in unapproved locations within the market area. Explanatory work is being conducted with violators.
