- The Eurasian Economic Commission has extended the anti-dumping duty on certain goods from China.

This measure concerns welded pipes, hollow profiles, and tubes made of corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel, originating from the People's Republic of China.

The new validity period of the duty is set until November 12, 2026.

As clarified by the EEC, the initial validity was supposed to expire on March 13, 2026. However, after receiving a request at the Department of Internal Market Protection of the EEC, a new anti-dumping investigation was initiated on November 13, 2025.

“According to the regulations of the EAEU, the extension of the anti-dumping measure is possible during the period of the repeated investigation, which must be completed within 12 months from its initiation,” the trade block of the EEC reported.

This anti-dumping duty on welded pipes from China was introduced in accordance with the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated February 9, 2021, No. 12. The duty rate varies from 14.62% to 17.28% of the customs value depending on the specific manufacturer.
