According to data for the period from January to November 2025, the average monthly nominal salary of one employee in Kyrgyzstan, excluding small enterprises, amounted to 42,954 soms. This figure increased by 19.1 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
Taking into account the rise in consumer prices, real wages during the reporting period increased by 10.2 percent, confirming a positive trend in income growth among the population.
Official data shows that the acceleration of growth in average monthly nominal wages is observed across all sectors of the economy.
The most significant increase in earnings was recorded in the real estate sector — by 32.2 percent. A significant rise in salaries was also noted in public administration and defense, as well as in the system of mandatory social insurance — by 31.6 percent.
In the construction industry, wages increased by 30.8 percent, in the field of professional, scientific, and technical activities — by 29.6 percent, and in administrative and support activities — by 28.5 percent.
Furthermore, income growth for workers was also recorded in healthcare and social services — by 22.8 percent, as well as in the hotel and restaurant business — by 20.3 percent.
Thus, by the end of eleven months in 2025, the growth of wages in the country demonstrated a comprehensive and sustainable nature, affecting both the public and private sectors of the economy.
