The purpose of this temporary trade agreement is to create conditions that promote mutual trade, as well as to reduce tariff and non-tariff barriers. It is also aimed at simplifying customs procedures and stimulating economic cooperation. The agreement provides for mutual granting of preferential tariffs on a significant number of goods, harmonization of technical regulations, as well as sanitary and phytosanitary measures. In addition, it will contribute to the development of cooperation in priority areas such as agriculture, processing, transportation, and logistics.
