During the discussion, important issues were raised concerning business wallets, POS terminals, bank cards, and QR payments. Participants of the meeting discussed problems such as high fees for cashless payments, delays in crediting funds to entrepreneurs' accounts, and the lack of payer information in bank statements when receiving payments via QR codes. Difficulties arising from excessive requirements imposed by some banks, complicating business operations, were also noted.

In response, representatives of the State Tax Service proposed a number of practical and regulatory measures:

• to explore the possibility of reducing fees for entrepreneurs accepting cashless payments;

• to develop technical solutions for expedited fund crediting and increasing the transparency of payment information;

• to utilize existing electronic services of the State Tax Service for verifying the registration of entrepreneurs without the need for paper documents;

• to initiate changes in legislation to simplify the procedures for opening bank accounts;

• to consider the possibility of amending banking legislation to allow the use of personal wallets for conducting business in the digital economy.

It is important to emphasize that the development of the digital economy and the promotion of cashless payments should be linked to the creation of convenient and transparent services for businesses, rather than additional obstacles.

As a result of the meeting, specific tasks were identified for the banking sector and regulators to address the issues raised. Representatives of the National Bank and commercial banks expressed their readiness to consider the issues raised and take action within their authority.

The State Tax Service will continue its activities to protect the interests of entrepreneurs and improve the conditions for doing business in the context of digitalization.
