The deputy inquired about how these transformers could be transferred to the local authorities' balance.
In response, the Deputy Minister of Energy, Altynbek Rysbekov, stated that there is a significant number of transformers in the country that are not registered with the Ministry of Energy. Currently, steps are being taken to transfer them under the ministry's jurisdiction.
According to him, for the transformers to be accounted for by the ministry, it is necessary to have the appropriate documents for them, as well as a resolution regarding the land plot on which they are installed.
Also, that day, a draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Renewable Energy Sources" was considered, which was submitted for a second reading.
