The initiator of this initiative was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The aim of the draft law is to create conditions for the formation of economically justified prices, as well as to protect the interests of citizens and improve their quality of life. It is also aimed at maintaining a balance between the economic sustainability of enterprises and the protection of consumer rights.
The main task of the proposed draft law is to implement a pricing regulation method that will allow establishing profitability at a level conducive to business development while excluding unjustified price increases.
