He reminded that in 2025, the first project related to the mechanism for supporting cooperative initiatives was approved.
According to information from the EEC, this project includes the production of system units for personal computers. The implementation is carried out by the Russian company "Beshtau Electronics" in collaboration with the Belarusian LLC "Nero Electronics" and the Kyrgyz LLC "Kyrgyzelektronika".
The company "Kyrgyzelektronika" will supply the metal cases required for the system units.
The Ministry of Economy reported that a second cooperation project is currently being developed, which involves the construction of a workshop to increase the production of thermal paper and receipt rolls.
“The production will be located in Russia, while Kyrgyzstan will provide construction services,” added Nasirdinov.
The financial support mechanism for producers in EAEU countries includes subsidizing interest rates on loans and credits provided by financial organizations for the implementation of joint projects, funded by the EAEU budget. “Participation in this mechanism will allow reducing the interest rate on loans from 23% to 6.5%,” noted the EEC minister.
