Chuy Region Accounts for 45% of Kyrgyzstan's Industrial Production, - National Statistics Committee

In 2025, all regions of Kyrgyzstan, except for the Issyk-Kul region, demonstrated growth in industrial production volumes. This was reported at a press conference by the head of the statistical department for industry and energy, Ainura Mamanova.

According to the information provided by Mamanova, Chui region produced industrial products worth approximately 356 billion soms, which is 10% higher than the figures for 2024. This region accounted for 45% of the total industrial production in the country.

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, production volumes also increased, exceeding 130 billion soms, which represents a growth of 23% compared to the previous year.

As for the Jalal-Abad region, it produced more than 59 billion soms worth of products, which is 26% more than in 2024. This region accounts for 7% of the total industrial production of the republic.

Despite not demonstrating growth, the Issyk-Kul region also contributed to industrial production, amounting to about 140 billion soms and providing 17% of the total volume in the country.
