- According to official data, sugar production in Kyrgyzstan increased by the end of 2025, showing annual growth.

The total production volume at current prices amounted to 4 billion 632.6 million soms, significantly exceeding the level of 2024, when 4 billion 109.3 million soms were produced. The physical volume index rose to 172.1%, while in the previous year it was 111.8%.

However, in December 2025, a decrease in production volumes was observed. In the last month of the year, sugar worth 772.2 million soms was produced, which is lower than the figure for December 2024 — 1 billion 68.8 million soms. Despite this decline in December, the sugar industry demonstrated solid production growth overall for 2025.
