According to information from the Eurasian Development Bank, this program covers six key areas:
- Financial instruments: emphasis on preferential lending, guarantee mechanisms, and attracting investments.
- Regional development and export: support for local initiatives, regional specialization, creation of added value in agriculture and processing, as well as assistance for producers from Kyrgyzstan in entering international markets.
- Digital transformation: implementation of the "SME Hub" platform, which will simplify business access to government services and online consultations.
- Legal protection: simplification of regulation, reduction of administrative barriers, and ensuring the protection of private property.
- Innovation and creative economy: support for women's entrepreneurship, youth startups, and the creative economy sector.
As the authors of the program note, proposals developed in collaboration with business representatives will be taken into account in the final version of the document.
