During the meeting, participants discussed current issues related to the development of the construction sector and land relations.
One of the key points of discussion was the procedure for purchasing rights to municipal land plots that were previously granted for temporary use for the design and construction of apartment buildings. Participants noted the need for a systematic approach to this issue, taking into account the interests of both businesses and local government bodies.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to prepare an official appeal to the Bishkek city administration, which will outline the united position of the professional community.
In addition, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation, which envisions coordination of actions and interaction in the implementation of construction initiatives between the Construction Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the KR and the Public Association "Union of Builders of the KR."
