This decision was made in accordance with the norms of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as in connection with the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 5, 2025, No. 111.
According to the new resolution, the authorized body for issuing the document with the necessary information is the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers. The document must contain the following information:
- data about the person importing electric vehicles,
- the number of vehicles imported by this person,
- the cost of these vehicles.
The benefits apply to motor vehicles classified under codes 8703 80 000 3 and 8703 80 000 5.
The document issuance period is set at up to 3 days.
The State Customs Service is instructed to:
- consider the Decision of the EEC Council dated December 5, 2025, No. 111 when granting benefits;
- approve the procedure for issuing the relevant document;
- issue the document no later than 3 calendar days after receiving the application from the importer.
The resolution must be officially published and will come into effect simultaneously with the EEC Council Decision No. 111 dated December 5, 2025.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the department responsible for monitoring the execution of the decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
