According to the data presented at the meeting, there are 2,170 state and municipal educational institutions operating in Kyrgyzstan, where more than 1.5 million children are studying. However, the system for transferring students between schools is still not automated, which creates opportunities for corruption and leads to uneven workloads in educational institutions.

“We have already successfully implemented an electronic accounting system for enrollment in the first grade, and parents have appreciated its convenience. Now it is time to develop a similar system for transfers. It is expected that it will automatically display the availability of free spots in classes, eliminating the human factor from the decision-making process. This will not only simplify the work of school administrations but also make the process more transparent for parents,” noted Kasymaliev.

As a result of the discussion, the head of the cabinet of ministers instructed the Ministry of Education to create and implement an electronic student transfer system between educational institutions as soon as possible.

“Tourists should not encounter bureaucracy and language barriers at every step. We need a platform that unites government services, business services, and payment tools in one place—from the moment of entry to departure from the country,” he emphasized.

To implement this project, the head of the cabinet of ministers instructed the Department of Tourism, together with the ministries of digital development and finance, as well as JSC "Tündük," to quickly develop requirements, ensure funding, and technically implement a unified digital tourist platform.
