The Ministry of Construction reports ongoing raids on construction sites across the country as part of Nurdana Oruntaev's initiative. During one of the inspections, inspectors from the Jalal-Abad Regional Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department examined an office building located at 74 Lenin Street in Manas.
As a result of the inspection, it was found that Kazakbaev M. M. was constructing an office building without the necessary permits. It was established that he only had permission for the construction of a lightweight structure, while in fact, a two-story capital structure had been built.
In this regard, the Jalal-Abad Regional Office of State Architectural and Construction Control drafted an act on the necessity of dismantling the illegal construction and issued a written warning with a 20-day deadline to comply with the requirements in accordance with current legislation.
